I've been where you are.
I spent 35 years in the Federal Government, many of them as a highly accomplished and awarded Senior Executive. I have been successful leading people at all levels, from small teams to organizations with thousands of employees. I've dealt with that pesky imposter syndrome, put on a facade when I didn't feel confident, and sometimes prioritized things wrong. What I learned on my coaching journey was how to lead authentically and confidently while staying true to my values. I want to walk with you on your journey, as you grow into your best self!
